I've got a serious case of wanderlust and have been daydreaming about taking off somewhere. The cold, grey weather here in Chicago sure isn't helping. Have you ever rented someone's apartment or home when traveling? I think it seems like a fun and cozy alternative to staying in a hotel and a great way to immerse yourself in the culture of a new city. I've been browsing through all the unique spaces listed on airbnb, which range from treehouses and cabins to modern loft spaces and victorian castles.
